Dubai: Retail pioneer, Union Coop in Dubai has announced its third consecutive ‘Back to school’ promotion with discounts up to 75% on more than 10,000 products, which will benefit parents of children resuming school.

Harib Mohammed Bin Thani, Director of Operations division, Union Coop explained that Union Coop has invested AED 10 Million towards price reductions and discounts to benefit the consumers.  In a press release he said, that the allocated amount " is in addition to the reduction of prices of a selection of food and non-food products. School uniforms shall be available at selected Union Coop branches as well. Through these promotions, parents can prepare for the new school season by purchasing a wide variety of products at competitive prices.”

With these three promotional campaigns, Union Coop aims to provide a wide array of options to consumers without worrying about excessive prices,” said Bin Thani who hoped that the exclusive promotions on stationery items will delight the parents and reduce their burden.
