Things will not work, Agarwal knows only too well from his seat of the pants experience.

He set out to do hospitality business starting OYO, which made all the difference in his and many others lives.

During the interview to BizTalk Agarwal shared a memorable incident of receiving a tip of Rs 20 from a happy customer for room service.

A customer berated Agarwal for delay in cleaning the room taking him for a room service staff.

The customer could not have been blamed because Agarwal was cleaning another room at the time.

Agarwal quickly engaged himself in cleaning the room spick-and-span which pleased the customer who gave him a tip of Rs 20.

‘The real stars of the hospitality industry are the front office managers, cleaning crew, receptionists and behind-the-scenes staff who ensure guests have the best possible experience during their stay. Early on I got to experience this first-hand when a customer tipped me ₹ 20,’ Agarwal recently wrote on Twitter.
