Thiruvananthapuram: Though the Regulatory Commission is unlikely to allow the proposal of the Kerala State Electricity Board completely to increase the power tariffs to recover an additional sum of Rs. 1,573 crore from consumers, a hike in electricity tariffs seems to be on the cards for all sections of consumers from next week.
