Kozhikode: The Revolutionary Marxist Party (RMP) has decided to approach court seeking CBI probe into the murder of its leader T P Chandrasekharan on May 4, 2012.
“The SIT has investigated the case well. But they haven’t unraveled the plot hatched by top level CPI-M leaders to eliminate Chandrasekharan,” said K K Rema, Chandrasekharan’s widow.
She told the reporters that the decision of the party is in the wake of the government’s failure to take action on their plea seeking a CBI probe into the larger conspiracy behind the murder.
The RMP has also demanded the state government to probe into the mass defection of witnesses in the murder case.
