Kozhikode: Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Mullappally Ramachandran has said that remarks made by Home Minister Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan should be expunged from the Assembly records.
“I’m satisfied with the reply given by Home Minister Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan and the controversy has ended with this,” Mullappally Ramachandran told reporters here on Friday.
“I haven’t interfered in the TP murder probe at any point of time,” he added.
The Home Minister’s statement in the Assembly about Ramachandaran's remarks on T P Chandrasekharan case had triggered a controversy with CPI-M seeking explanation from both State and Central Minister. Following it, Home Minister Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan Thursday clarified that he had not made any critical comments about the Central Minister.
