Malappuram: In another gold heist, 835 grams of gold worth Rs 24 lakhs were seized at the Karipur airport on Sunday.
The Customs have taken a passenger, native of Vazhikkadavu, into custody for trying to smuggle the yellow metal.
The passenger arrived at the airport in Air Arabia flight from Sharjah.
