Thiruvananthapuram: Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala on Thursday said he didn’t say the T.P murder case would be handed over to the CBI.
“I didn’t say the case will be handed over to the CBI. It can only be decided after the police probe,” Mr. Chennithala told reporters here.
“The government can only move with the legal procedures,” the Home Minister.
“The government has seriously considered the complaint filed by K.K Rema. That’s why the case has been handed over to the police. Rema should cooperate with the police probe after ending her indefinite fast,” he added.
