Kochi: The Kerala High court Tuesday asked the state Crime Branch to produce the case diary connected with a land grab case at Kalamassery involving Salim Raj, former gunman of Chief Minister Oommen Chandy.
Justice Harun-Al Rashid asked the officials to produce the case diary by next Wednesday.
The court observed that a wide racket and crores of rupees were involved in the case. It also raised the question whether a police constable can mobilise such huge amounts involved in the deal.
There would be different sources which needed to be investigated, the court added.
