Vadakara: Revolutionary Marxist Party (RMP) leader K K Rema on Sunday complained against CPI-M candidate of Vadakara constituency for the Lok Sabha election, A N Shamseer, over his alleged role in the T P Chandrasekharan murder case.
In an e-mail-complaint, sent to the Home Minister, Rema, the widow of Chandrasekharan, seeks a thorough probe into the phone conversations between Shamseer and Kirmani Manoj, one of the convicts in the TP murder case.
She has also sought his arrest in the case.
The RMP had, on Saturday, sought a probe into the role of the CPI-Mcandidate in the murder of their leader.
“Kirmani Manoj, a key accused in the case, had talked over the phone with A N Shamseer prior to the murder of T P Chandrasekharan. A probe should be conducted into the matter,” RMP general secretary N. Venu told reporters.
“Shamseer had contacted Manoj twice. The phone records, which were submitted by the investigating team in the court, had the evidences of it,” he said.
