Mumbai: A lawyer today moved court against Bollywood star Aamir Khan and a Hindi daily for publishing an obscene poster of his upcoming movie 'PK'.

Manoj Kumar, an advocate, alleged that the film's poster incited "sexual violence" and encourage "obscenity". The case has been filed in the court of additional city magistrate VII under section 292 of the IPC (Indian Penal Code), which deals with obscenity. The court of ACMM G K Bharti has set August 7 as the next date of hearing.

The first look poster of the Rajkumar Hirani directorial venture was released on Thursday. The film starring Aamir Khan along with Anushka Sharma and Sushant Singh Rajput is set to release on December 19, during Christmas this year. The first look of the film has elicited a roaring response.
