Thiruvananthapuram: The delegate registration for the 17th International Film Festival of Kerala to be held from December 7 to 14, has begun. The registration procedure is held completely online.
The passes will be distributed through State Bank of Travancore branches. The passes will be distributed on a first-come-first-serve basis.
