Thrissur: Three persons of a family were killed when the car in which they were travelling dashed against a tree at Engandiyur here Friday morning.
Police gave the name of the deceased as Shinu (33), his father Venu (60) and mother Radha (55) hailing from Thiruvamkulam in Ernakulam district.
The mishap occurred when they were proceeding to Guruvayur temple to offer prayers to Lord Krishna, police added.
