Kochi: Kerala High Court Wednesday stayed the trial in the 'sister Abhaya murder case' pending before the CBI Special court at Thiruvananthapuram.
Justice V K Mohanan, admitting the petition by Joemon Puthenpurackal, seeking further investigation in the case, ordered issue of notice to CBI's former director A P Singh, CBI SP, V K Ravikumar and Chief Investigating officer Nandakumar Nair.
The court also issued notices to the three accused-- Thomas Kottur, Jose Puthurukkayil and sister Sephy.
