Thiruvananthapuram: The team of director K. Madhu, writer S.N. Swamy and actor Mammootty is back again for the fifth "Sethurama Iyer CBI" film.

The last four parts of the Malayalam mystery crime franchise were box-office hits.

Actor Mukesh will reprise the role of Chacko, and it is said that the role of police officer Vikram, usually handled by Jagathy Sreekumar, will have to be passed on to some other star as he has not yet recovered from injuries sustained in a car accident.
