Sasthamcotta: Abdul Nazar Ma’dani, who is on a five-day interim bail, visited his ageing father at Anwarssery Monday.
His close supporters and well-wishers greeted Ma’dani when he reached his home town to meet his father Abdul Samad. Ma’dani stayed last night in the campus of a private medical college.
Giving a message during his daughter's marriage here, Ma’dani on Sunday said he was presently facing a tragic situation as the "ray of justice" still appeared to be far off.
Ma’dani reached Kerala on Saturday by a Spice Jet flight from Bangalore via Chennai. He will fly back to Bangalore Wednesday, and return to jail.
The trial court in Bangalore on Thursday granted temporary bail for Madani from March 8 to 12 to attend the marriage and visit his father under tight police security.
He had been lodged in a Bangalore jail since his arrest in 2010 for his alleged role in the July 2008 blasts, that left one person dead and over 20 injured in Bangalore.
