Mohanlal praises Modis Teachers Day interaction

Thiruvananthapuram: Malayalam superstar Mohanlal Sunday heaped praises on Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his recent Teachers' Day address, saying his words are the best messages that can be given to the coming generation.

An avid blogger, Lal wrote in his blog that only those who comes from a village background could give such answers that have many dimensions.

"The question by one of the students", Lal recalled, was "have you ever expected that you will become the Prime Minister of the country?".

"The Prime Minister's answer was that never dream to become somebody in life but to do something sincerely; do something always and then you would become somebody once. That reply has many dimensions," the 54-year-old actor wrote.

"It is the best advice that can be given to a generation who is forced to imbibe the culture of doing anything to become somebody in life. Moreover, I believe that his reply has many things that are of utmost relevance to our time," he said.
