Actor Innocent hospitalised again

Kochi: Actor Innocent has been hospitalised at the AIIMS Hospital in Delhi after cancer symptoms were discovered again.

The Chalakkudy MP, who was earlier diagnosed with cancer, had recovered after some months and made his comeback in the Malayalam cinema industry. But, after a recent check-up, doctors found symptoms and advised him to undergo treatment.

The actor revealed the news through his Facebook page on Saturday.

"I have been going for routine check-ups regularly. Recently, after one such check-up, the doctors have asked to resume treatment,"

“I am unable to perform my duty as MP during my treatment period and will be active soon. The actor asked his well-wishers to pardon him for the inconvenience. My service will be obtained as my office in Angamalay will work as usual. I hope you will remember me in your prayers,” he added.
