Ramanaidus legacy will live on: Bollywood celebrities

Mumbai: Celebrities like Sridevi, Anupam Kher and Anil Kapoor took to micro-blogging site Twitter on Thursday to condole the demise of renowned Indian film producer D. Ramanaidu, noting that his “legacy will live on”.

Ramanaidu, who held the record of producing films in the maximum number of Indian languages, lost his battle to cancer Wednesday. He was 79.

In Hindi, he produced films such as “Prem Nagar”, “Dildaar”, “Maqsad”, “Insaaf”, “Tohfa”, “Anari” and “Hum Aapke Dil Mein Rehte Hain”.
