Trisha Krishnan confirms break up with Varun

Chennai: Actress Trisha Krishnan has confirmed her split up with fiancé Varun Manian after an engagement of three months.

Trisha, who got engaged to entrepreneur-turned-producer Varun in a hush ceremony on January 23, has confirmed she is no longer in a relationship and is happy being single.

"Amused by d hazaar speculations doin d rounds. Let it rest people. Happy, single n thankful (sic)," Trisha tweeted on Thursday.

For the last few weeks, speculation was rife that her engagement was called off.

Neither Trisha nor Varun commented on the speculation. The exact reason for their split was not immediately known.

However, sources close to the actress state that the duo were falling apart due to personal differences.

Trisha currently has four southern projects in her kitty. She had recently walked out of a yet-untitled Tamil project, which was to be produced by her ex-beau.
