Riyadh: The promotion of the Malayalam film 'Aisha' hosted by a group of technical workers, creating a new visual language of creativity in the Indo-Arab cultural landscape was held at Murabba Lulu Hypermarket on Sunday.

The filmmakers said that this film is the new generation's passion and vision to spread the fame of Malayalam beyond the boundaries in the world of new hi-tech films. They added that the journey of this film will be through a different path from the cliche frames and storytelling.

A huge crowd had gathered at LuLu to witness the launch of the 'Ayesha' movie in Saudi Central Province. The film's lead actor Manju Warrier, director Aamir Pallikal and screenwriter Asif Kakodi shared the vision behind the film. The reason for starting the promotion programs here is that the story background of the film is based in Saudi Arabia. The director said that there will be sequels in Arabic as well. 'Ayesha' also has the distinction of Arab actresses acting together with Malayalam industry stars. The filmmakers said that the film is designed for all movie lovers outside Kerala and foreign countries and the film will hit the theatres in different languages in November. They also claimed that the film would have no parallels to the stories ever told from the diaspora.

The participants of the promotion event welcomed Manju Warrier to the ceremony and the dancers of 'Polstar Dance Academy' led by Dance Master Vishnu performed a dance performance based on the songs of Manju Warrier's films.

Manju took a few steps along with the children. After waiting for hours, when Manju was seen in person, the crowd welcomed her with loud applause. Manju Warrier responded to the audience with questions ranging from movie details to her health and beauty secrets with hearty language and innocent laughs.

She said that 'Ayesha' is the result of the big dreams of a group of youth who approach cinema with great passion. Standing in front of the crowd, they expressed hope that the friendly world would welcome the film with open arms. Three songs including Arabic songs from the movie were presented on the stage screen and the audience received them with cheers. Lulu Group Saudi Director Shaheem Muhammad participated in the event. Celebrity anchor Mathukutty moderated the programme. The event was organized by Me Friend App and Lulu Hypermarket.
