Chak De India girls reunite for Chitrashi Rawat's wedding

Chitrashi Rawat, one of the Chak De! India girls, got married and many in the cast reunited at the wedding.
2007 sports drama Chak De! India is one of the most iconic films in Bollywood. While Shah Rukh Khan played the coach of the women's national field hockey team, the film chose 16 women to depict players. Chitrashi played Komal Chautala, a hot-headed, young woman who scores the most goals for the country.
Many television stars attended her wedding to longtime boyfriend Dhruvaditya Bhagwanani. Chak De! India actors Shilpa Shukla, Vidya Malavade, Tanya Abrol, Shubhi Mehta, and Seema Azmi were seen partying at the special occasion. Photographs and videos from mehandi, haldi, and cocktail party were shared on Instagram.
The bride was seen in a yellow and orange striped silk saree for the haldi ceremony. For the wedding ceremony, she wore an ochre yellow lehenga with golden embroidery and a red dupatta.
"We had thought of doing a simple wedding, saving money, and traveling. However, our families got involved. So, here we are now! Dhruv and I are not looking at it as a wedding affair, but a celebration of our relationship with our families and closest friends," said Chitrashi to Bombay Times.
