Mumbai: Actor Ayushmann Khurrana is known for his movies as well as music. Recently, he said he is always trying to scout for songs and constantly keeps an eye out for new music.
He said he has enjoyed music even as a child. "I think it comes from my grandmom. She was like an encyclopedia on films and enjoyed all kinds of music." He is widely known for composing and singing "Pani Da Rang" in his 2012 debut film Vicky Donor which went on to become widely popular.
"Music is almost like a language for me. I have the perfect song for every occasion in my head and I thoroughly enjoy discovering more songs," he added. Over the years, the 37-year-old actor has maintained a music career along with his other works. He further said he is constantly looking for new music across genres and different languages.
Ayushmann Khurrana's career started as a radio personality at BIG FM Delhi. He later worked on MTV shows like MTV Fully Faltoo Movies and Cheque De India. As an actor, he is known for making unusual choices in offbeat movies. 2015 film Dum Laga Ke Haisha and 2017 film, Bareilly Ki Barfi were widely successful and helped him carve a niche.
He will soon be seen in An Action Hero and Doctor G.
