Mumbai: Instagram has allegedly deleted Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut's post, which denigrated the COVID situation, for breaking its community policy.

The actress has revealed the news in her latest Instagram story, which reads, "Instagram has deleted my post where I threatened to demolish Covid because some were hurt. Matlab terrorists and communists sympathisers suna tha Twitter pe lekin Covid fan club awesome. It's been two days here on Insta but doesn't think will last here more than a week,"

Kangana had in her deleted post announced that she'll demolish the Coronavirus which is only a "small-time flu which got too much press."

The comment was strongly criticized in the comments for spreading misinformation about a deadly virus, which had created huge havoc in the country.

However, Kangana's story claims that Instagram has deleted her post because she "threatened to demolish COVID".

Recently, Kangana's Twitter account was suspended, after she posted a series of controversial tweets related to post poll violence in Bengal.
