Chennai: Malayalam actor Kuchacko Boban said that it was an honour and pleasure to share screen space with veteran Tamil actor Arvind Swamy. The duo will be seen together in the action thriller Ottu.

The upcoming film will also mark Arvind Swami's return to the Malayalam industry after a gap of 25 years. About working with him, Kunchacko Boban on Instagram wrote: "After the wholesome acceptance of 'Nna Thaan Case Kodu', presenting to you 'Ottu'... Having an entirely different theme, characterisation, and making style."

"When the evergreen Arvind Swami ventures into Mollywood again after 25 years, I consider it an honour and pleasure to share screen space with him," he added.

It is a bi-lingual film and is titled Rendagam in Tamil.

Kunchacko Boban's latest film 'Nna Thaan Case Kodu' has been performing well in theatres. Since its release on August 11, the film has seen full houses. Audiences have found the story relatable and loved its simplicity.

Ottu is an action packed film starring Jackie Shroff, Aadukalam Narein, Eesha Rebba and Deepti Sati. Kunchacko Boban revealed that the movie will be released worldwide on September 2 ahead of Onam. "Ottu will be an entirely thrilling, cinematic and theatrical experience for movie-goers," he wrote.
