Noted South Korean singer Haesoo found dead, Police suspect suicide

The 29-year-old trot singer’s death was announced by her team on May 15, which came as a shock across South Korean music industry.
The police discovered a note giving rise to the speculation that she had written it before suicide.
Her team appealed not to spread false news, while stating that she died on May 12 and the funeral would be held privately.
‘We express our condolences on the final remaining journey of the deceased,’ the statement added.
The police found a person dead at residence on May 12, before confirming that the deceased was the singer Haesoo.
Haesoo emerged onto the South Korean music scene in November 2019, according to South Korean news channel YTN.
Music fans are still reeling from the death of K-pop star Moonbin last month, when Haesoo’s death came as a double whammy.
The 25-year-old singer, a member of the boy band Astro, was found dead at his home in southern Seoul.
‘On April 19, Astro member Moon Bin unexpectedly left our world and became a star in the sky,’ the Music label Fantagio Music tweeted.
Before joining K-pop boy band Astro, Moon Bin was a model and actor.
Moon Bin’s death caused an outpouring of grief on social media with many expressing disbelief.
