Lucknow: The newest sensation on social media is a burqa-clad woman going by the name Rizwana who distributes disposable items in a Swiggy delivery bag while walking. According to sources, she is from a low-income family and resides in a one-room home in Lucknow's Janata Nagri Colony on Jagatnarayan Road.

She doesn't work for the online food delivery service Swiggy and merely purchased the bag bearing the business name to carry disposable goods. She claimed that because her bag was torn, she chose to get the Swiggy bag.

"I sell disposable cutlery, visiting door-to-door and local shops. I used to carry the items in a bag which got damaged. Then I purchased this 'Swiggy' bag for ₹ 50," Rizwana told news agency ANI.

Three years ago, her husband—who once drove a rickshaw—left her. The oldest of Rizwana's four children was married two years ago.

Rizwana is now solely responsible for financially providing for herself, and her children Bushra (19 years old), Nashra (7 years old), and her son Mohammad Yasin.

Speaking to ANI, Rizwana said it was crucial for her to work because she wanted her kids to study.

"I recently got my younger daughter admitted to a school, and will get my son admitted next year. Along with the delivery work, I also work as a domestic help in a bid to make more earnings. I walk about 6-7 km, but my total savings at the end of any given day at work is only about ₹ 60-70," she said.
