Bus falls into ditch on Mumbai-Pune highway, killing 10

Raigad: Officials said that a private bus carrying about 30 people crashed into a ditch on the Mumbai-Pune Highway this morning, killing at least 10 passengers and injuring another 15.

The bus was involved in an accident close to the Borghat section of the highway and it fell many metres into a ditch.

At least 15 passengers were injured and they have rushed to a hospital in Khopoli even as more casualties are feared.
