Congress offices to raise National Flag across India on Jan 30

New Delhi: As part of the wrap-up of Rahul Gandhi''s Bharat Jodo Yatra in Srinagar, all the district and state congress offices were instructed to hoist the National Flag on January 30. Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge issued the instruction on Sunday, IANS reported.

Congress General Secretary KC Venugopal said, "To mark the culmination of Yatra, Rahul Gandhi will hoist the National Flag at Pradesh Congress Committee Headquarters of Jammu and Kashmir in Srinagar at 10 a.m. on January 30."

He said, " As desired by the Congress president, all Pradesh Congress Committees, District Congress Committees and Block Congress Committees will also hold flag hoisting functions at the same time on January 30 at their respective party offices or important sites, in solidarity with the Bharat Jodo Yatra."

Bharat Jodo Yatra started on September 7, 2022, from Kanyakumari. The Yatra featuring Rahul Gandhi on foot and other Congress leaders and important personalities will cover 3,970 km through 12 states when it concludes on January 30 in Srinagar.

According to Congress'sCongress's claims, the Yatra had gathered overwhelming support from the masses, and Rahul gadnhi'sgadnhi's message of love and unity among country'scountry's citizens got conveyed well.

The party said, "The tremendous support from all sections of society and heartful involvement of the people has made this a historic Yatra and a game changer in Indian politics."
