New Delhi: India recorded 1,32,364 new COVID-19 cases and 2,713 deaths in the last 24 hours, the Union Health and Family Welfare Ministry said. India's overall tally now stands at 2,85,74,350 with 16,35,993 active cases and 3,40,702 deaths. With 28,75,286 vaccines administered in the last 24 hours, the total vaccinated Indian population is now at 22,41,09,448.
India's daily number of coronavirus cases has come down from the four lakh mark in May and has been over a lakh for the past few days. Covid-deaths have also remained below 3 lakh.
