Aligarh (Uttar Pradesh) : Police arrested one man and are searching for his friends for allegedly stabbing to death a newly wedded man Tuesday.
The 28-year-old Bablu threw a party to his friends after his marriage in the Palimukimpur village.
His already inebriated friends demanded more liquor which Bablu was unable to arrange.
An argument broke out when one of the friends, Ram Khiladi, allegedly stabbed him.
Bablu was rushed to a hospital where he died from injuries, reports say.
The main accused, Ram Khiladi, has been arrested.
Circle officer Naresh Singh said that five other accused are absconding but would be arrested soon.
