'Office Bubbles' to be developed in Hyderabad Metro Stations

HYDERABAD: For the first time, L&T Metro Rail Hyderabad Limited has come up with a unique concept called 'Office Bubbles', which offers remote and co-working spaces as part of Transit Oriented Development (ToD) to meet the growing demand for co-working spaces and locational flexibility of office spaces in Hyderabad.
Hyderabad Metro Rail's ToD division has started developing urban spaces with a focus on improving quality of life and integrating them with a high-quality transport system. NIE reported that the idea is to offer about 18.5 million square feet of space for work, shopping, entertainment and healthcare, along with parking and circulation areas.
Focused on IT companies, the concept of Office Bubbles offers 'Hub and Spoke' models, that allow them to open small offices strategically scattered across the city.
