NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday urged people to participate in a "unique" initiative that will allow every online tribute to increase the intensity of light of the "Digital Jyot" in Central Park.
"A sky beam light has been installed at Central Park in Delhi. Every tribute paid will intensify the illumination of the Digital Jyot. Do take part in this unique endeavour and strengthen Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav," Modi said in a tweet.
"Digital Jyot" is a special tribute to the freedom struggle heroes of India, which uses technology and empowers people to share a heartfelt message of gratitude to the freedom fighters, the Prime Minister said. He also shared a link to the initiative – digitaltribute.in
