Prakash Raj slams Centre with "The New India" posttext_fields
Actor Prakash Raj has come down heavily on the Centre in his social media post sharing the photo of actress Kangana Ranaut alongside images of covid-time migrations, hinting at the worst that people suffer today just as the government is dabbling in controversies.
Calling "the new India", he posted on social media images of people migrating along the thoroughfares and the actress Kangana Ranaut walking flanked by guards.
The Centre earlier accorded Y-Plus security to actor Kangana Ranuat, who is known for her pro-BJP stances, and BJP is throwing its weight behind Ranaut in her open fight against Maharashtra government.
Prakash Raj, an avowed spokesperson for anti-Sangh Parivar politics, has criticized the Centre several times in the past.
In the Lok Sabha polls last, he unsuccessfully contested as an independent candidate from Bengaluru Centre, Karnataka.
Calling him anti-national, Sangh Parivar supporters campaigned on social to exclude Prakash Raj from the upcoming big budget flick KJF2.
