Often regarded as India's Greta Thunberg, Licypriya on Wednesday tweeted that being a climate activist it was their moral obligation to support the farmers.
She also said that the farmers are already the victims of climate change.
On Tuesday, she had called up Swedish child environmentalist Greta Thunberg to extend support "to the voice of millions of Indian farmers."
Hi @GretaThunberg!

Plz extend support to the voice of millions of Indian farmers. This is the world's biggest historic protest for their rights. They're already the victims of #ClimateCrisis.
We also stand to scrap new farm laws #CAP in @Europarl_EN. #WithdrawTheCAP#Rihanna
Though many netizens came in support of the activist, who is recipient of numerous international accolades, numerous others did not hesitate to spew vitriols on the nine-year-old.
Soon after her tweet addressing Greta, the Swedish activist posted a message on Twitter which garnered global attention towards the farmers' protest.
