West Bengal government approaches SC demanding free vaccines for states

New Delhi: West Bengal government filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking a unified policy for distributing Covid vaccines and requested free vaccines for all states.

CM Mamata Banerjee demanded the repeal of the Central government's vaccination policy and insisted that the Central Government be willing to provide free vaccines to all the states immediately. The Supreme Court will be considering all the issues related to the vaccination policy on Monday.
