Ankara: Four Turkish police officers were wounded when an Islamic State suicide bomber exploded in the countryÂ’s south, Xinhua reported on Sunday.

The militant exploded himself during a police raid on a house linked to the group in Gaziantep province, Dogan News Agency was quoted as saying.

The police raid came over an investigation regarding twin suicide bombings in capital Ankara on October 10 which killed 102 people and injured hundreds.

One of the bombers in the Ankara blasts was identified as an Islamic State member whose brother conducted a suicide attack in July in Suruc, a town near the Syrian border.
