Thiruvananthapuram: KSRTC Employees Association affiliated to the CITU has withdrawn its decision to go on strike from Friday midnight.

The decision was taken following a discussion held between the leaders and the KSRTC management.

The dispute over the transfer of employees was the key issue that forced the trade unions to go for a protest. However, on Friday, the management assured the leaders of resolving the issues in a time-bound manner.

Also, it promised to redress the grievances of M-panel employees, who failed to report for duty.
