Thiruvananthapuram: Chief Minister Oommen Chandy and his cabinet colleagues Tuesday condoled the demise of sister Nirmala, Superior General of the Missionaries of Charity in Kolkata.

In a statement, Chandy said sister Nirmala continued the work for poor and downtrodden in the similar path of founder of the Missionaries of Charity and Nobel laureate Mother Teresa.
