Thiruvananthapuram: KPCC president V.M Sudheeran Friday asked senior Congress leader K.C Abu to withdraw his controversial remarks over the Assembly ruckus.

“K.C Abu should withdraw his controversial remarks. Otherwise, the party will initiate action against him,” Sudheeran told reporters at a press conference here.

Soon after the KPCC president’s press conference, K.C Abu has said he will abide by the KPCC directives in the matter.

Adding fuel to the raging controversy over the Assembly ruckus, DCC president K.C Abu earlier in the day said LDF legislator Bijimol was seemed enjoying the moments when she was blocked by Minister Shibu Baby John.

“Bijimol was seemed enjoying the moments when she was blocked by Minister Shibu Baby John during the Assembly ruckus,” he said.
