Kochi: The High Court Thursday refused to expunge remarks made by it against top cop T P Senkumar in connection with a forest case involving actor Kalabhavan Mani.
Dismissing the petition filed by jail DGP Senkumar seeking to expunge the adverse remarks made earlier, Justice B Kemal Pasha said the earlier order was not liable to be interferred with.
The High Court also directed the registry to forward a copy of the order to the state chief secretary.
Earlier, the Court had made remarks against Senkumar while considering a petition filed by two forest officials seeking to quash a case registered against them.
While he was intelligence ADGP, Senkumar had reportedly spoken in support of the actor who was allegedly involved in the forest case.
