Kozhikode: Four people were injured after a KSRTC bus bound for Malappuram lost control and caught fire in the Kozhikode city on Friday.
The bus which started its journey at about 3.15 pm from the KSRTC stand on Mavoor Road met with the mishap. The bus had just left the stand and gone only 100 metres when it lost control.
The fire force personnel immediately reached the spot and extinguished the fire.
Sources said the bus caught fire when it hit a divider and there was diesel leak from the tank.
