Nursing student commits suicide by jumping off building

Kochi: A nursing student has committed suicide by jumping off the hostel building.

The deceased, Dhanya Davis of Thrikkakkara, was a third year student at the nursing college of Lisie Hospital here. She jumped off the seventh floor of the hostel.

Sources said the girl was in the class till 12 noon.

Though Dhanya was taken to hospital soon, she could not be saved.
