CBI probe should be ordered into T.P murder case: Kummanam

Kannur: BJP state chief Kummanam Rajasekharan Friday said a CBI probe should be ordered into the T.P Chandrasekharan murder case.
“A CBI probe should be ordered into the murder case. The BJP will extend all help to K.K Rema in this regard,” said Kummanam.
“K.T Jayakrishnan master murder case should also be probed by the CBI,” he said.
Denying that CPI(M)’s allegation that the BJP had a role in naming P.Jayarajan as an accused in the Kathiroor Manoj murder case, Kummanam said his party had not done anything to influence the case.
Meanwhile, RMP leader K K Rema on Friday handed over a petition to Chief Minister Oommen Chandy demanding CBI investigation into the T P Chandrasekharan murder case.
Emerging from the meeting held at Kozhikode guest house, Rema told reporters she got a favourable reply from the chief minister in ordering a CBI probe into the case.
