Archbishop comes out against CAA

Thiruvananthapuram:  Archbishop Soosa Pakiam of the Latin Archdiocese came down against the Citizenship( Amendment) Act saying that it would break the secular and democratic credentials of the country.

The bill as he has understood, he said, excludes a section of people from the society.

He pointed at the overwhelming majority of the ruling party as the reason behind them to come up with CAA which has caused fear among the people.
