Thiruvananthapuram: Leaving CPM on the back foot, the probe report on former DCP Chaitra Teresa, submitted to DGP by ADGP Manoj Abraham, reportedly recommends no departmental action against her controversial raiding of CPM district committee office the other day.

Chaitra Teresa John and team raided the CPM office based on a tip off that those accused in stoning of Medical college police station were hiding there.

Following the raid, she was removed from the additional responsibility, causing uproar in the media.

Now police circles reportedly say that Chaitra Teresa John raided the office keeping to all norms; also a raid report was submitted to the judicial magistrate court.

CPM district leadership said that the raid was in violation of norms aiming at media attention. CPM district secretary Aanavoor Nagappan filed a plaint against the former DCP.
