New Delhi: Supreme Court has asked to shutdown KSRTC (Kerala State Road Transport Corporation) if it is running in loss.
SC's comment came while the corporation submitted that it has financial limitations to execute an order passed by Kerala High Court. The High Court had held that service during contract period also should be counted for pension. The corporation approached SC against the order and submitted that it is running in a loss of Rs. 4000 Cr.
SC will hear the plea on Thursday.
