Impersonation case: High Court rejects anticipatory bail for teacher

Kozhikode: The Kerala High Court has rejected anticipatory bail plea of Faisal PK, the third accused in impersonation case where a teacher wrote exams for students at Govt. Higher Secondary School at Neeleswaram, Mukkam here.

The court observed that it was a matter of serious concern. Unlike students and parents involving in malpractices during exam, here a teacher wrote the students’ answer paper to up the standard of the school, HC said.

Alongside, the Court asked the accused to surrender with in ten days before the investigating officer.
