Kochi: Justice S Mani Kumar of the Madras high court is the new Chief Justice of the Kerala high court, says a notification from Ministry of Law and Justice.
Enrolled as an advocate on November 23, 1983, Justice Mani Kumar practiced for about 22 years at Madras High Court, and was a senior central government standing counsel from July 2004, and later the assistant solicitor general.
On July 31, 2006, he became the additional judge of the Madras high court.
