New Delhi: The bench headed by Justice Arun Mishra will consider on Monday the suo moto case on non-implementation of its order relating to Maradu flat case.
The court earlier directed Kerala chief secretary Tom Jose to appear before the court in the event of not implementing the order to face proceedings.
As the deadline for demolition of flats ended on Sunday, Tom Jose tendered an apology.
