Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala has reported 11 fresh Covid 19 cases on Saturday. Of these six are from Kasargode and one each from Kollam, Ernakulam, Alappuzha, Kannur and Palakkad districts.
Of the infected, three from Kasargode and patients in Kannur and Ernakulam had travel history to Dubai. Three of the patients had participated in the religious congregation at Nizamuddin in Delhi.
The patient of Palakkad had come from Nagpur.
Two people in Kasargode had contracted disease through contact.
Now, the total number of Covid patients has rose to 306.
Meanwhile, test result of eight persons undergoing treatment are reported negative. By this, 50 persons have recovered from the disease in the state.
The virus has so far claimed the lives of two people in the state.
